Residential and care parties are always welcome. Beach Cottage has easy access throughout, being all on ground level with extra wide doorways, large than average bedrooms and a large main bathroom, ensuring getting around the property is not an issue. We also have available front wheelchair access straight into one of the main bedrooms at the front of property.

We have two extra single beds which are made up ready, we also have a double fouton that can sleep up to two situated in one of the double rooms. Please note that this is for alternative sleeping only.(please ask if needed and it will be made up, there is no charge for this. Ideal if you have young children or teenagers that may need separate beds but in the same room. Comfortable large modern lounge having a cozy real wood burning fire with a quality pool table for all the family

“Great place”

11 of us 3 generations ages ranging from 6 to 74 plus 2 dogs, stayed for a week in this lovely cottage, loads of room and very well equipped. Gardens brilliant and totally private, very safe fo children and digs, gas BBQ and picnic benches in back garden. Rooms very good size and conservatory a lovely sunny spot, the location great just 10 mins walk along a path and straight down to beach. ASDA 15 mins walk and retail park with Aldi in opposite direction. Owner Steven very friendly and helpful, we all enjoyed it and said we would go back and recommend to friends. An ideal place for family gatherings thank you Steven.

“A Perfect Stay at Beach Cottage”

We booked this cottage for my 50th Birthday weekend, the cottage is very spacious with 5 large double bedrooms, one with a cot, one with a single bed, one with a 3/4 bed and one with a bed settee extra to the double bed … being on a single level made the house accessible for my mum who has walking difficulties. The kitchen has been done to a high standard is very clean and modern with everything you need, the living room is large and spacious and with the pool table and sky there is something for everyone, there are also some board games to use, the secret gardens are great and the beach is a 5 minute walk accessible via a beach path at the side of the cottage, we ate in the pub 100 meters up on the main road, as it was my special Birthday my fella had arranged with Steve and was allowed to access the cottage the day before to put up decorations, this was a lovely touch as I walked in completely surprised. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed snd I would recommend

“Excellent holiday let”

We booked this house a few weeks before we went. The owner was very helpful and responsive before and during our trip. It's in an excellent position a few mins walk to the wonderful beach, close to shops and other amenities. Other lovely coastal resorts within easy reach. The house is large and well equipped and has great space in terms of reception and bedroom space. For our mixed group of 7 adults and 2 children it worked very well. The garden is also excellent split into 3 sections, a larger lawn, play house and swings. A smaller lawn area with seating and finally a courtyard barbecue area. We would definitely return.

“Family break”

We had a wonderful weekend at Beach Cottage. Communication was clear and friendly, on arrival, house was clean and everything in order. Logs ready, fresh flowers out, beds made up and towels provided. Beds comfortable and rooms spacious. It might be worth noting that there are hand wash and washing up items already there. We took our own but these items were provided. There are also some board games, we added one to the collection that we thought others might like. A side note, I’m sure it had been broken or misplaced, but on our visit there wasn’t a cork screw. There are shops 5 mins walk away but might be worth taking your own just incase there is a wine emergency. Would definitely recommend and return. It’s particularly good for kids, as we could close the front gates and let the kids have the run of inside and outside and they were safe. Thanks for a great stay x

“Lovely Place”

Had a lovely stay for a family break. Very close to the beach and harbour. Beds were really comfortable. Pool table was a hit. Nice spacious place. Plenty of room for the 14 of us & had everything we needed. There's a number of supermarkets close by. There's also an enclosed garden, which was great for the dogs.

“Lovely cottage”

We stayed at Kimmel cottage with 6 adults and 6 children. It is a great size and being all on one level was perfect for the kids. It was within walking distance of pub restaurants and ideally located for exploring Rhyl, Conwy etc. The owner was excellent for providing information and sorting any problems immediately (like the strip light going out in the kitchen). The only downside is the table doesn't seat 12 so we couldn't all eat together.
