Description
The private beach is your backyard when you’re vacationing at our 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome that sleeps 8. Come, relax and enjoy the ocean and breathtaking views and beautiful sunsets. The road leading to the home is private and in a very quiet, safe neighborhood.
All three stories of the house overlook the ocean. The top floor has the main bedroom with a King size bed. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. There is a washer and dryer right outside the front door.
The middle floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a 42 inch flat screen TV with cable & WiFi and a gas fireplace. The dining area is near the kitchen where you can share meals & visit with each other. The outdoor deck has a gas BBQ and seating. There is also a bedroom with a double bed & an adjacent bathroom with a shower on this level.
On the lower floor there is a large family room with 3 sofas, a flat screen TV and wall to wall sliding glass doors that provide access to the beach. It’s a quiet place to read, relax or watch TV.
There are often sightings of whales, dolphins, seals, pelicans diving for fish & migrating birds. You can enjoy collecting seashells on one of Santa Cruz County’s longest private beaches and take walks on the sand while enjoying the ocean. Some guests enjoy building a fire & roasting marshmallows on the beach while listening to the waves pound against the shore.
It’s a very special beach house with a real home feeling & original artwork created by the owner. We hope you come & enjoy this magical place with your family and friends!

“Fantastic Place!!”
