Description

THE KITCHEN

All the appliances in the kitchen are available. That includes a toaster, waffle iron, stove and oven, the electric griddle, the coffee maker, the blender, a juicer and a few more that I can't think of at the moment but please make yourself at home. All I ask is that you please clean up your mess and load the dishwasher before you leave but don't worry about unloading it we will take care of that.

THE BATHROOM

We will supply approximately 8 towels total and travel soap. You're more than welcome to enjoy the hot tub and of course both showers are yours. We just ask that you please rinse the tub when you're finished and wipe down the shower walls with a supplied squeegee before you leave.

THE BACK PORCH & GRILL

You are more than welcome to use the gas grill.

GRILL MUST BE ROLLED OUTSIDE IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THOUGH.

The propane is completely up to our guest. There is currently an empty tank on the grill but if you request to use the grill I will make sure the tank is full.

( This grill is hybrid so will also use charcoal)

There is seating on the sun room and also seating on the back porch. There is a small fire pit that you are more than welcome to enjoy but there must be at least one adult, 18 years or older monitoring the area, if you chose to have a fire. Murphys gas station near the house sells wood bundles for $5

TV's DVD's & GAME CONSOLES

there is a Wii with a pretty good selection of games. There is also an Xbox One with a few games as well. A total of two DVD players, tons of DVD's, an AppleTV, which anyone is more than welcome to use, and several boardgames there in the hallway closet. We just ask that everyone takes turns : ) and you have as much fun as possible.

DINNING AREA

Currently the dining room table has four chairs and a bench seats that seats 2 to 3 people. The hallway closet has two extenders for the dinning room table plus extra chairs and it allows you to add up to 12 people to sit down together for a meal.

LAUNDRY ROOM

I have a front loading washer and a dryer. Several hangers, and ironing board. Please help yourself. You will need to bring your own detergent though.

Garage is NOT available.

air printer is available. I am not guaranteeing the printer will always have ink but I will check periodically. Should be plenty of paper.

Is not currently Handicapp accessible but I will gladly make adjustments to home within reason if needed. Please contact me if you have any physical Handicapp requirements because I will try to accommodate.

*Please sweep, wipe counters, load dishwasher before check-out. This will me adding a cleaning fee down the road. And please shut lights off when not in a room.
