Description
This charming lakefront home located on Kiser Island and is perfect for your vacation getaway. Our home has been recently renovated and completely updated with high end finishes! Open the door to the comfortable living area drenched in sunlight to welcome you the moment you walk through the door! The entire house is surrounded by windows and every room has a beautiful view of the lake.
This is a new home for us, every piece of furniture/bedding, decoration, and household/kitchen accessories have been purchased brand new. I have tried to think of everything you will need to fully enjoy yourself while visiting us at Lake Norman. And if I have forgotten anything, please let me know because I want everyone to be completely comfortable in our vacation home.
For fresh air, calm breezes, and sights of the majestic mountains and Lake Norman, step out onto the spacious deck, complete with patio furniture. Enjoy meals, a cup of morning coffee, or an evening cocktail while admiring the stunning sunsets and sounds of nature. Travel down the deck to find a patio with a gas fire pit, perfect for roasting s’mores.
What is really most unique is the outdoor space where you are completely surrounded by the trees providing privacy and serenity. The large trees provide shade from the summer sun. Enjoy swimming in deep water with a ladder right off the dock in a safe no wake zone. If boating is what you love then bring your boat and hook it right up to our private dock. If you do not have a boat there are several marinas within in 10 miles where you can rent them by the day or week.
*We do have a boat in the boat dock but there is plenty of room for additional boats and jet skis to be docked. Boats can be put into the water within 5 miles of the house at several different boat rental places. They can also deliver the boat to the dock for you.
If you enjoy golf, there are several courses available for your enjoyment such as Mallard Head Country Club, Trump International Golf Course and several others in the area.
The outdoor fire pit is surrounded by adirondack chairs and there's plenty of additional outdoor furniture on the covered porch for your enjoyment. You`ll love it so much that you`ll want to prepare your meals on the gas grill outside on the deck and dine under the star filled sky. Enjoy the spacious back yard which offers plenty of room for games, throwing a ball or just lounging. We are just steps to a private dock where you can enjoy the sun during the day and famous Lake Norman sunsets in the evening. You will love this home!
There are 3 kayaks, corn hole, croquet, fishing poles and tons of lake mats, floats and toys in the garage for your use. We also have lake towels for you to use.
*All bath towels, linens and beach towels are provided.
**ABSOLUTELY NO WEDDINGS OR PARTIES NOT EVEN SMALL ONES ARE ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY! ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OF ANY KIND! & ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE HOUSE!
