Response from the manager Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, we really appreciate the feedback. The owner has told us that their usual cleaner was unable to attend that day due to a family emergency, they did hire someone to come in and clean in her absence but this clearly wasn't to their usual standard. The owner would like to assure all future guests that the property is thoroughly cleaned and properly prepared before every guests visit.
