This delightful, detached cottage set on a 250 acre beef farm in Llanfaethlu, on Anglesey can sleep up to eight people in four bedrooms.Ty Top is a bright and airy, detached cottage located on the owners 250 acre beef farm in the charming village of Llanfaethlu near Church Bay on Anglesey. The cottage boasts a king-size double room with an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom (accessed from one side only), and two twin bedrooms (both zip/link so can be super king-size double beds on request and both then accessed from one side only), a family bathroom and a ground floor wet room and can sleep up to eight people. There is a kitchen with a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a summer room. Outside you will find an enclosed patio with furniture, a lawned garden with views down to Church Bay and off road parking for three cars. Ty Top truly is a wonderful family holiday base for exploring the wonders of Anglesey.
Amenities: Biomass underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Electric range oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and fuel for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 3 cars. Bike storage. Front enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at £20 per dog. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 9 mins walk. Beach 1.5 miles. Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: The small village of Llanfaethlu nestles close to the stunning, north west coastline of Anglesey. Amidst spectacular cliffs and sandy beaches, this unassuming village provides a local shop, and Post Office, whilst nearby Church Bay boasts a superb seafood restaurant. A wonderful, all-year-round, holiday location.
