Description

This cozy 1 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom condo is great for couples or a large family. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a large flatscreen TV with DVD player, WiFi, and even a wood-burning fireplace. The dining room has seating for 6 with an additional 3 at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the conveniences to cook a nice meal for the family or extra company.

The master bedroom features a queen bed with TV and private vanity sink. Upstairs in the loft are two additional queen beds with a TV and shared full bathroom. The living room has a queen sofa bed. PLEASE NOTE: There may be construction in and around this complex during the Spring/Summer. This may include but not limited to common areas, roof replacement and repairs, parking lot resurface. We have no control over the schedule of work and cannot ask for them to be rescheduled to accommodate unit occupancy. We apologize for any inconvenience. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo is right on the shuttle line with easy access to the lifts and sleeps a maximum of 8 people.

The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 15 steps to this unit, 2 levels inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Our calendar is updated in real time. (TOT Certificate #*********) Unit Code = HZ4120

Excelente lugar para accionar con tu familia. Un buen lugar limpio y buena cómoda. En Animación Gus un excelente anfitrión. Y las Albercas muy limpias y buen servicio en General.
