Nestled within one of Mammoth's loveliest residential areas, this fully remodeled, 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bath, is situated less than a block from Canyon Lodge, in the newest phase of the desirable Chamonix condo complex.

Warm and spacious, this townhome offers a contemporary open concept living area with plenty of seating for the entire family, including a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You'll feel right at home as you relax in front of the gas fireplace and 47” HDTV, featuring included cable TV and a smart/streaming Blu-ray/DVD player.

The modern and upgraded kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances and a dining table with seating for up to 9.
