Description
Sunnybrook Cabin is a darling "Tiny House" cabin, just 3 1/2 miles from the charming town of Mena, Arkansas, in the Ouachita Mountains. Fully equipped kitchen, bathtub with shower, dvd, free WIFI. Nice private shady lot with privacy fence, creek, wooded hillside behind. Additional guests just $10. Private, but not remote or secluded, and is in a very safe area. The owner lives in the stone house estate just beyond the cabin, so is on hand if you need anything at all. Close to County Rd 402 that goes into the National Forest, so you can walk, ride ATV’s, or bikes directly from your cabin. You can ride to Wolf Pen Gap from the cabin on pretty country road, about 6 miles.
Mena is the center of outdoor activities all year round, plus there are a lot of good family restaurants, art galleries, antique shops, museum, beautiful mountain overlooks. Fishing, hunting, biking, boating, golfing, and tennis is all available. There is off street parking for one pickup or car, and room on grassy berm for longer trailer rigs. There is also more parking a few feet down the road if you need more parking.

“Brothers trip”

“Sunnybrook tiny house”
I really enjoyed my stay at the tiny house. The inside is absolutely precious and had everything that I needed. My only quirk was that I didn't know how to use a Keurig very well and I prefer a large size coffee pot. As soon as I mention that to Ms Tanya she came over at night to bring me a full size coffee pot. You don't get service like that anywhere. Everything I needed was provided there including extras like the fan beside the bed for those of us who like to sleep with one which was outstanding. When I go to Arkansas again I will be looking to book this place.

“Cute Cabin”
Owners were very belpful. They made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing we disliked was the couch, it needed cushions replaced.. we will see you again. Thanks Carolyn.

Response from the owner Sorry you didn't like the couch cushions replaced. That is an easy fix, so we will look into it. It is a futon, so the cushions are sort of addition anyway. We do hope you come visit again soon.
