Description

This property sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. The front door opens into the well appointed kitchen. The kitchen is modern with fridge, freezer, oven and grill and microwave. It also has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. To the right is a small cloakroom with WC and wash basin.

From the kitchen walk through a wide doorway into the sitting and dining room. The sitting area includes a television, hi-fi and DVD player. There is also a wood burning stove for cold winter evenings. The dining area will seat 8.

From the living room walk to a passage-way and to the left there is a small bedroom with bunk beds. Under the stairs is a large bathroom with disabled access. Beside the bathroom is a bedroom with king size bed and an en suite shower, wash basin and WC. Upstairs is a large family bedroom with a king size bed and day bed. This can be easily converted to two single beds, ideal for children. This bedroom has a large en suite shower room with hand basin and WC.

Lavender cottage also has a secluded south facing patio accessed from the living room with views of Snowdonia for those warm summer days. This is in a tranquil setting ideal for families. Fodol cottages have plenty of space for children to play safely supervised, away from busy roads.
