Description

Quirinus Venetia Properties is a completely new building which is located just 20 minutes by bus from the historic center of Venice. It offers 10 apartments of various sizes all with full kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning, free wi-fi and parking in the garage covered parking.

Rates include initial supply of linens for each bed and cleaning at end of stay (excluding kitchenette).

And 'possible to check-in from 14.00 to 18.00 (Guests must communicate the exact check-in at least 48 hours before arrival). And 'possible to arrange check-in after 18.00 with a supplement of Euro 20 o'clock payable on arrival.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Michele (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
