Description

This vacation home is on a sand dune directly on Lake Shore Dr, across the street from the beach access path to Lake Michigan. Wake up to views of Lake Michigan. Step out onto the 2nd floor deck off the master bedroom and have a cup of coffee as you gear up for a great day at the beach! There is a keurig coffee maker in addition to a regular pot coffee maker.

There is plenty of parking available in front of the house on Lake Shore Dr. From the parking area, you will climb the stairs to this 5 bedroom beach home with excellent views!The house is decorated and furnished to give you a great home away from home!The living room, directly across from the kitchen, invites you to gather and be among the ones you love to be with. There is 1 bedroom and 1/2 bath on the main level, and 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs. There is also a 6th bedroom, 2 additional shower stalls and a toilet stall in the basement where you can rinse off as you come home from a day at the beach. The bedroom layouts are as follows:Bedroom 1:1 queen bedBedroom 2:1 king bedBedroom 3:1 queen bed1 cribBedroom 4:1 twin over full bunk bed1 twin bedBedroom 5:1 queen bedBedroom 6 (in basement, no closet):1 full bed, 1 twin. There is a huge 1st floor deck that spans the entire front of the house. The deck has an outdoor dining area. Another deck on the 2nd floor overlooks Lake Michigan. There is a fire pit with a gravel surrounding in the rear of the home with plenty of seating. The home is equipped with Wifi, a Roku with HBO, Showtime, Netflix, all of the ESPN channels, and local channels so you can stay connected as much or as little as you want.Perfect for Triathletes, Cyclists and Marathoners - The Lake offers un-rivaled facilities for swimming, great beaches. Hundreds of miles of cycling bike friendly roads and running by the Beach... nothing better in the Midwest.. And some excellent dining nearby!
