The apartment was perfect for us. We visited the national parks around the area and the location was central.
Close to visitor center and supermarket, and car wash and restaurant and the main street.
The place was very well managed and had a free washing machine. The furniture were outdated and used though.
The kitchen had very basic equipment.

We recently spent a week in this unit and our experience was fantastic. Very comfortable bed with fluffy feather pillows and nice bedding. Lots of extra towels and wash clothes. It was just my husband and I, but the unit would easily accommodate 2-3 children or a friend or two. It was great to have a full kitchen to prepare meals. The location is ideal as it is a 4 block walk to main street, 2 blocks to the grocery store, and 3 blocks to Milts for a milkshake or burger. The gas grill was an added bonus and the tables in the front yard were nice for relaxing outdoors after the days adventures. There was also laundry, bike cleaning, and a hot tub. We felt like we lived in town! I highly recommend staying here.

I have zero complaints. We had a great stay here. It was close to town, super clean, comfortable beds with good linens, plenty of room for our family of 4. Great experience, nice grounds and condo.
Would absolutely stay again.

The condo was just what we wanted - reasonably priced, clean, comfortable and a short walk to the downtown restaurants. We've stayed in motels in Moab before; in the condo we really appreciated having a couch for watching TV, and a full kitchen to make breakfast, lunch, even a take and bake pizza for dinner. We'll stay here next time we visit Moab.

Gene and I enjoyed our stay and the only real issue we had was the ants! They got into everything, especially the dogs' treats. We managed to clear them out of the treats, but they never really went away. You really need to put something down to keep out the ants. Outside of that everything was great!

The apartment over all was clean with plenty of clean towels. The place was very dark, back of building corner, and semi subterranean , I had to turn on lights even during the day. Upstairs was very noisy, could hear them walking around.Guests are asked to wash own dishes , which the last people did not do . I came across several dirty dishes and pans. Guests are also asked to throw out garbage. The place had a strange smell , but it was not possible to open windows, noisy fan or a/C only. The 2nd night, the owner of building let himself in with a key, looking for something , never even knocking at the door, very disturbing. I think the description of the place is deceiving.

We specifically asked for one of the rooms with the bunk beds in the living room but instead got the one with a pull-out couch which somehow was supposed to accommodate 3 people. Also the lock got jammed in the bathroom and someone had to climb out of the window to get out. There were also people screaming in the hot tub at 3:00 in the morning, though that isn't exactly the property manager's fault. There are other options in Moab in the same area that are much nicer for the same price. I will never rent here again.

Quiet neighborhood, quiet neighbors, a few miles from arches National Park. Loved the jacuzzi. Clean and comfortable, close to grocery store and restaurants. Wouldn't want to spend all day there, but excellent if you plan to be out and about most of the time. Beds very comfortable.
