There is also a full kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining room table with seating for 6. The large master bedroom has both a king and queen size bed. Winter themed, this bedroom features a plasma TV with built in DVD player, and a private bathroom with a large tile walk in shower, and walk in closet. The guest bedroom also has a plasma TV, and has a queen bed, and a twin xl bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are two additional twin air mattress for parties that want to all have their own beds. The 2 guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower tub. Located on the only private road in Rim Village, there will be plenty of parking. There is also a 2 car attached garage for all your big toys. Numerous off-road trails are nearby, and you can drive your street legal ATVs and motorcycles on the roads to access them.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an accommodation close to Arches Ntl park and Canyonlands, especially to groups or families. Very nice rooms and furnitures. Patio with BBQ set and amazing mountain view.
Be prepared to perform a self check in and check out and to be contacted by email about ten days before the arrival date by the management in order to sign and send a signed rental agreement. However, everything is very smooth and the information clear and easy to follow.

A nice space just outside Moab. It was clean and had all the amenities that you might need. Beds were comfortable and the location is quiet. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the carpet needed a little attention where it had been stained and the hot tub at the club house was more like a somewhat warm tub. Other than that I would recommend to my friends.

We found our lodging to be relaxing, spacious and modern. After a day's hike, it was wonderful to be able to come "home"! We had 4 adults, two children, and 2 dogs and yet didn't feel crowded or inconvenienced in any way. We definitely recommend this community to other visitors.

Everything is perfect! It is suitable for a big family with 6 to 8 persons,. It is not far to centre of Moab, because Moab is small town. Very clean, safe and convenient, kids will more like it. you can cook as you at home.

This property was perfect for my family. Rooms were spacious yet held many people, the home was clean and well stocked, the neighborhood was nice, and everyone was very pleased. The only issues we had were that the thermostat wouldn't let you go below 72 and with everyone we had (10 people) there were times when it got too hot and that the pool was next to the dumpsters and farming land so it often smelled and there were a lot of insects. Overall it was a great experience and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Moab Lodging and Property Management did a great job to ensure that our vacation was the best it could be. They were very responsive to any questions or needs that we had. Our condo suited our group perfectly. It was neat, clean and felt like home for a few days!
