We have stayed in this group of condominiums a number of times when our family gathers for the half marathon. It is not only a convenient location but also the perfect set up for our family. We enjoy having access to a pool, having a nice kitchen, and lots of gathering space.

We went to Moab to go hiking for the weekend. It was a very nice place, with no issues with the unit at all. Well kept up, very nicely located in Moab. Only issue we had was with the pool being inaccessible due to the lock. Called the number on the door and got some lady who didn't really care to help. But the unit itself was fantastic.

This is a beautiful home, with everything you could possibly need, in a perfect location in Moab. Beds are comfy, house has generous space for a large party, and you can walk downtown in minutes. Easy check in and out, kitchen has every pot, pan or gadget you could need, I have nothing but positives for this place. We'd stay in this unit again any time.

393 Williams Way afforded us the space we needed for 3 couples to relax and have fun together and alone! We had a number of friends with us in town and hosted the holiday meal for 20! We had more than enough space for people to sit and eat, watch football and stay warm by the fire. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, bowls, silver etc. The garage was huge so we had room for all 6 mountain bikes, road bikes, dirt bikes, turkey roaster and more.
The location is perfect for walks to town, walks thru the woods and easy access to Kane Creek and Pritchett Canyon.
This particular unit had a steam shower that everyone enjoyed because it was so cold! We ran, biked and hiked knowing we would get really warm when we got back to the condo.
Finally, the team at Moab Lodging were fantastic to work with. They answered all our questions promptly and offered to help with our payment methods.
I can't think of anything negative to say that they can control. If they had access to turning on the sun it would have been perfect but Moab is always amazing for us!
I will continue to use their services and stay at the Cottonwoods as long as we can.

This place was amazing. It was very clean and spacious with a large fully stocked kitchen so family dinners were perfect. I would definitely stay here again. It was also very close to town which was perfect for everyone.

Beautiful new condos just 2-3 blocks from main street. We walked to dinner each night, and to shopping each day after our adventures. Just a few minutes to arches park, and right in the middle of downtown. Being right off the main drag meant it was nice a quiet at night. We wanted a pet friendly place, and our twinhome came with a private back yard. Our dog loved it! Inside, we had all the upgrades. Tiled throughout, and with a very nice granite and stainless steel kitchen. We hadn't planned on eating in, but changed our mind after seeing the kitchen. And having our own kitchen did save us quite a bit of money in the end. The steam shower in the master bedroom was nice after a long day of hiking, as were the nice beds. And we loved having the High Definition TV with DVR so we never missed our shows. It was so much nicer than a hotel, and ended up being much less per person in the end. I don't think we will ever stay in a hotel again!
