Our 1,900 square foot, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, custom home, sits on 3/4 of an acre and is situated 1 mile from the heart of downtown Ouray and is 10 miles from Ridgway, 50 miles from Telluride, and 37 miles from Montrose/Telluride Airport.

You can access the North Corridor River Walk Trail across the highway, with easy walking access to downtown. Take a short walk along the river trail to the Ouray Natural Hot Springs Pool, excellent Ouray art galleries, or delectable dining options. Hiking trailheads are nearby—the perfect base camp for off-roading, climbing, fishing, skiing, relaxing, or other mountain adventures.

The house features WIFI, BBQ Gas Grill, in-floor radiant heat, outdoor living space in both the front and back of the home and flat-screen TVs in each bedroom. The home features 3 bedrooms on the main/entry level with no stairs required, and one bedroom on the the second level that requires a few stairs to access. Our home is perfect for multiple families as it features 2 master suites (one on the main level and one upstairs). Bring you toys! Parking available for up to 2 trucks and trailers, additional trailer parking near highway. Garage parking is also available.

The home is dog friendly (2 dogs max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

4WD is recommended from late December to early April.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
