Description
Karina is a lovely semi detached cottage. Sorry no pets allowed. On a very quiet narrow country lane in Morfa Nefyn within easy strolling distance of the village centre and the beautiful beaches. 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs 1 double and one with full sized bunks, top bunk only suitable for child over 6/teenager/light adult, also shower room with electric shower. One bedroom downstairs with king size bed, TV and built in DVD player bathroom with bath (emmersion heater) on ground floor great for families. Open plan living dining area with feature fireplace and Log burner. Fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Large secluded fenced garden to rear with kettle BBQ patio area picnic bench 4 reclining garden chairs and playhouse. Views over fields to front and back. Ideally situated between two large beaches which are within easy walking distance. Near Llyn costal path ideal for walkers Nefyn's famous Golf Course with spectacular views is approx 1km away. Local shop with cafe in morfa Nefyn village also cafe opposite national trust car park near beach. Cliffs inn on road down to beach also famous Ty Coch inn on beach (check out the webcam ) . Fish and chip shop a few minutes walk. Nefyn 1 mile with pub, Indian restaurant, kebab shop also Cwrw Llyn brewery Craft beer inspired by North Wales. Bar and tours available. Perfect for beach or country pursuits easy reach of market town Pwllheli 7 miles and the fashionable shops, bars and restaurants of Abersoch. 12 miles. suitability, children welcome, non smoking in cottage sorry pets not allowed due to family allergies, wheelchair inaccessible Suit families, walkers, golfers or how about a romantic break. Because the lane is so narrow parking is on the lower road or there is a car park almost opposite you can drive up and through to unload only stop just before neighbours drive. We recommend driving up lane from Lon Isaf. There is NO parking directly outside the cottage this makes the lane very secluded and quiet. We have a VW passatt and have no problems, wider vehicles may not be able to access. Although some people have driven down and reversed back up as there is access from both ends. We now have a trolley if you dont want to brave the lane. Parking on road or car park a few min walk away.

We try to clean as much as possible ourselves but with quick turnovers in the summer not possible . thanks

We had a wonderful week staying in beautiful Karina cottage in Morfa Nefyn. This cottage is superb, very clean and furnished to perfection. It is situated within easy walking distance to beautiful beaches, and superb cliff walks. The golf course is a must for the keen golfer. We would not hesitate to book this cottage again.

“Beautifully renovated cottage in lovely quiet location”
The cottage is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Perfectly situated for a relaxing break close to wonderful beaches. The property has been renovated to a really high standard but kept its charm. Would visit again as soon as we are able.
