This detached cottage is in a fabulous location in the village of Newborough and sleeps ten people in five bedrooms.Minffordd is a detached cottage in a fabulous location in the village of Newborough. The cottage sleeps ten people in five bedrooms which are a super king-size double, a zip/link twin, a double and two second floor twin rooms. There are also three shower rooms, a kitchen with a breakfast area, a utility, a dining room with an open fire and a sitting room with a dining area and an open fire. Outside is a lawned garden and there is off road parking for two cars. Minffordd is a fantastic choice for a varied holiday. Off road parking for 2 cars , for larger cars on road parking is available .
Amenities: Oil central heating with open fires. Electric double range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TV (one Smart) with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fires inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars , for larger cars on road parking is available . Secure bike/kayak storage. Boat storage available on request. Lawned garden with BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Beach 2 miles. Note: High quality sofa bed in ground floor sitting room. Check in is from 4pm.

Town: The small village of Newborough lies on the edge of forests and dunes at the south west corner of Anglesey. Close by is Llanddwyn Bay, renowned as one of the finest beaches in Britain, ideal for swimming, canoeing, beachcombing and birdwatching or just relaxing! Behind the beach, the 1500 acre sand dune system of Newborough Warren is home to skylarks, meadow pipits and oyster catchers as well as toads and lizards and is protected as a National Nature Reserve.
