This mid-terrace barn conversion is near Newcastle Emlyn and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.Ash Cottage is a mid-terrace barn conversion in a countryside location near Newcastle Emlyn. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a double and a twin room. There is also a shower room and an open plan living area with an intimate kitchen, dining area and a comfy sitting area. Outside is a small enclosed patio garden and off road parking for one car with a visitor space. Ash Cottage is a delightful getaway for small groups looking to explore the fantastic diverse countryside and nearby beaches. Note: Property does not accept children under age of 12

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, communal laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying cupboard and freezer (one drawer per property). TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Allocated off road parking for 1 car, plus 1 visitor space. Secure bike storage on request. Bike washing area. Small enclosed patio garden with hot tub. Two well behaved, fully house trained dogs welcome and no puppies under 1 years. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Note: There is a small enclosed garden space for dogs, however they can be exercised on a lead in the garden to the front of the property. Note: Property does not accept children under age of 12
Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: The bustling market town of Newcastle Emlyn is set on the River Teifi and offers an array of shops, both unique local producers and larger chain stores, such as designer clothes, crafts and jewellery, antiques, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and a ruined castle, plus fishing permits are available nearby. Surrounding Newcastle Emlyn is beautiful countryside, whilst the rugged Cardiganshire coastline is just six miles away, where you have the opportunity to visit Cardigan Island Farm Park, wonderful sandy beaches, or take a boat trip to spot dolphins and seals at New Quay.
