This semi-detached cottage on a livestock farm in Brongest near Newcastle Emlyn sleeps eight people in four bedrooms.Ysgubor Isaf is a semi-detached cottage on a working livestock farm in the hamlet of Brongest near Newcastle Emlyn. The cottage has two ground floor double rooms, one with en-suite, a king-size double with en-suite on the first floor, and a twin room with en-suite, which can be offered as a fourth double on request. There is a family wet room on the ground floor. There is a well equipped kitchen, dining areaand a comfy sitting room. Outside is off road parking for two cars, a patio with furniture, and the opportunity to see the owners' prize-winning livestock by prior arrangement. Ysgubor Isaf offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy all the sights and sounds of a farm holiday but in luxury quality accommodation.

Electric range cooker with halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 5 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed rear patio with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Dogs to be kept on a lead at all times while outdoors due to proximity of farm animals. Note: Wheelchair friendly property.
Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: The market town of Newcastle Emlyn offers an array of shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants. There is a ruined castle and beautiful countryside close by, plus the Cardiganshire coastline is just 10 miles away. There are many attractions within driving distance, making Newcastle Emlyn an ideal base for a holiday in this part of Wales.
