Description

Seren y Gogledd is a spacious and luxurious bungalow with fantastic views of Newport Sands and the Nevern Estuary, conveniently located just a short stroll from the sea at the Parrog and the Pembrokeshire Coastal path. The property is stylishly furnished and features include a superking bed with luxury mattress, quality cotton bedding and well equipped kitchen. It's only a short 5 to 10 minute walk to the pubs,shops and restaurants of Newport. WIFI available for small weekly fee.

There is a delightful sunny conservatory from where you can enjoy the coastal views or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. The property enjoys a private enclosed garden.

The main beach at Newport Sands is 5 minutes drive away, but a 5 minutes walk drops you on to the coastal path and the coves of the Parrog.

For the more active, you can hike the coastal path or the nearby Priselli Hills, enjoy a round of golf at the Newport links golf course (5 mins drive away), hire a bike or go pony trekking.

The accommodation is all on one level and includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, conservatory, family bathroom, separate wc, shower room and 3 bedrooms. The property sleeps six in 3 bedrooms: one superking, one double and one twin. The double room is reached off the twin room and these two rooms share the en suite shower room. WIFI from 01.03.15.

He kitchen is well equipped. Alternatively enjoy the fine restaurants of Newport such as Canapan, the Golden Lion or Llys Meddyg.

Short breaks are available from mid September to the week prior to Easter and at other times for last minute bookings at the owners discretion. Prices are 70% for four nights or less, 80% for 5 nights and 90% for 6 nights. Please ask for a quote to book on that basis. Ask for a quote for a party of 2. 5-10% discount offered depending on time of year.
