This 18th Century Cottage and its adjoining house have been creatively restored by the architect owner to preserve the historic character and natural rural charm. We have a 5 star rating on TripAdvisor and the Welsh Tourist Board have consistently awarded both properties the 4 star rating for many years to assure you of an excellent standard in all details. All ages, children and dogs are very welcome.We offer you a perfect location and property for your holiday, retreat or workshop, with a big, private garden, great views in every room, and everything you need for self-catering so you can be economic and independent. We offer very good pricing for as little as 1 person to as many as 21 people. Sunny Retreat Cottage has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining, and living room facilities to accommodate 6. The adjoining house, The Old Rectory sleeps 13 in 6 bedrooms, and 2 in the 2nd upper living room and can be rented together or separately depending on your needs.The properties stands alone on an acre of magical gardens surrounded by a spacious, pristine panorama of breathtaking views in all directions. Soak them up from the big bay windows or from the dining table at the end of the garden. Behind you, the enchanted Carn Ingli (Angel Mountain), and in front, windswept cliffs, beaches, and the wild Atlantic ocean. In this case, I can offer you a 10% discount if you book 6 months or more ahead to time. It is helpful that you share how clean and child friendly it is. We are working on continually improving these things and we are adding a collection of items as well as toys for children. Many guests do walk to the beach and the town and find those lovely estuary walks to enjoy on the way.Thanks for mentioning the distance is short. However, it is also nice being out of the town to enjoy the privacy and quiet as well.
