Description
Major lodge is a listed 4bed house which has been recently modernised. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms while the third has a purpose made raised 3/4 bed (loved by children and some adults to) There is also a family bathroom it is spacious and has a bath and separate shower cubical.Downstairs there is another double bedroom and another bathroom with separate shower cubicle.The lounge will seat 8 . There is a dining room with table and chairs for the family as well.The kitchen has a large gas/elec range coocker,lots of cupboard space, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer.There is a large conservatory leading from the kitchen with seating for relaxing. french doors leading out on to the patio area with table and chairs. From the patio area there are steps leading up to the garden which has two areas .The lower area has a paved area with table and chairs and a built in seat and a small grass area. The second level is all grass.Another advantage this property has is off road parking for one .There is also a rear entrance with secure area fo two bikes.There is a local spar shop, health food shop a wonderful local butcher that sells local farm produce and on Mondays there is a street market that sells local produce. main superstores are 10 miles away. there is a good bus service and the bus stop is 200 yds away. 10 miles away in Fishguard there is a daily ferry that goes to Ireland and in the summer there is a fast ferry that only takes 1 1/2 hrs.30 mils away towards the south of the county Tenby there are two attractions Folly farm ideal for younger children especially and Oak wood them park some hair raising rides.Both these attractions take tesco vouchers as part payment but the vouchers have to be redeemed before going Off road parking for one car

“Lovely cottage and amazing location”
We've just spent a week at Manor Lodge with our two children. The cottage is spacious and perfect for a family of 4. Highly recommended!
