Magnificently situated ocean front home on a peninsula so it has water views from EVERY window . Walk to the beach from the back door, 200 feet away! Total relaxation! Central A/C.

This is the place to kick back and relax just by looking out the window at the water! It is a vintage 1930's beach house with lots of space and privacy as it is on a double waterfront lot. Central air conditioning, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 living rooms, gas fireplace turns on instantly, sunroom, large dining room, kitchen, patio and 2 car garage, LG washer/dryer. 2080 SF of living space. Granite block outdoor fireplace that takes charcoal or wood, original to the property. Quiet, no outlet street so no traffic. One of the four bedrooms is actually 2 rooms as you will see on the floor plan, attached in the photo section.

This was a once in a lifetime opportunity for me when I bought this beach house on a peninsula with water views from every room. This is my summer home and I rent it when I am not using it. Lots of sailboats out on nice days. It is just instant relaxation, just walking in or out.

Central air conditioning which is not the norm in RI; most houses have no AC or window units in the bedrooms.

Private beach is bordered by conservation land. Small sandy beach with seashells. Small fist size smooth rocks at the water's edge tapering horizontally after about 20 feet to a smooth sandy bottom. Recommend aqua socks or fisherman's sandals. Though the neighbors walk on the beach, my family is usually the only one swimming (it's my vacation!!). So it is very private and quiet. You can kayak off the back of the house. My son loves to do that.

Wifi. Streaming TV on roku device. Local channels are on the regular tv clicker.

There is an outdoor table and six outdoor chairs if you like to dine al fresco or have a cocktail at sunset.

There is a beautiful hammock.

Newport mansions are 8 miles, so all the fun of Newport without all its noise at night. All the clams and lobster you will love is served at the nearby restaurants. Flo's Clam shack is listed as "Best of RI" in Rhode Island magazine, on Park Ave. it is less than one mile. Doris Duke's Newport mansion is called Rough Point, and it has it's own veb site. It has only been opened to the public in the last 8 years, and is perfectly preserved as she left it, down to the magazines!

This is our vacation home so it should be stocked with about everything you need such as paper towels, TP, dish soap, body wash, Kleenexes etc. Not shampoo because people are particular about that.

The kitchen is stocked with most spices for cooking and other things.

One dog Ok, no cats or smokers. Dogs must be housetrained, not sleeping in the beds or lounging on the furniture,
