Description

Clean and comfortable 1-bedroom 2nd floor condo located in Green Cove Resort. The kitchen was recently updated and includes all the basics for cooking. The bedroom has 2 full xl size beds and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. There is an air-conditioner in the bedroom as well as the living room. All linens, pillows and towels are provided. There is a washer/dryer available for your use as well. Wi fi is accessible throughout the condo and there is a new 40" smart tv with cable. Screened in balcony is a great space to relax and enjoy the view.

** The condo is 508 sq ft. it is not well suited for four adults. It would be more comfortable for a group of up to three adults or a family of four.**

There was communication back and forth prior to their trip as well as while they were there. They were very considerate of our condo and left in in great condition, which we really appreciate.
