Description
Enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean from every room in this deluxe condo. Our condo is newly remodeled with luxury granite counters and new furnishings. The quiet corner location of this Condominium gives it a very light and open feeling. The ultimate place to relax and enjoy sunsets, sailboats, and dolphins at play.
Our condo is located in North Coast Village, a condo complex that is built along a beautiful sandy beach that has great surfing, swimming, volleyball and even fire pits for barbequing. Inside North Coast Village you can enjoy lush tropical landscaping with wandering streams, waterfalls and ponds filled with Japanese koi. There are two pools, two Jacuzzis, and exercise room, saunas, recreation room with pool tables and ping pong tables, and a putting green. The complex is gated and has 24 hour security. It is only a ten minute walk to the beautiful harbor with many fine restaurants and unique shops. From here you can rent boats or take a fishing charter. It is only a 15 minute walk to a great pier and downtown area with more restaurants and a 16 screen movie theatre. It is a great southern Calif. location between LA and San Diego.
Upon arrival you will receive a gift basket of snacks and a bottle of wine.
