Description
What makes this so special? Before you even get to the house you are amid beautiful old growth trees, a lovely lake with ducks, geese, egrets, and even a heron. The outside of the house welcomes you with a large lawn, beautiful Oaks, flowers (whatever the deer haven't eaten), a swimming pool, barbecue, hammock, and lounge chairs. Our home is immaculate. You would have a lovely room looking out on nature and sleep in a comfortable queen size bed with a down quilt and have a private bath in our beautiful Orinda home with all utilities included plus WI FI, CABLE TV with HBO, SHOWTIME, ESPN etc. This is a beautiful quiet home in a lovely neighborhood. We have a bright very large house with a modern well equipped kitchen which you are welcome to share. The guest floor is completely separate from the family wing (my husband and me) which affords a lot of privacy for everyone. We are 1-1/2 miles from BART and, if you don't know, Orinda is probably the nicest and most convenient community in the East Bay and we have one of the nicest houses in the nicest parts of Orinda. We are close to Oakland, Berkeley, SF, and, in the other direction close to Lafayette, Walnut Creek, Concord, Pleasant Hill and San Ramon.
