Not only is this more than 2,000-sq.-ft., 3-bedroom condo gorgeous in and of itself, but it’s part of an equally deluxe, 65-acre gated community, Cinnamon Beach.
This floor plan is the largest in the community with windows spanning the entire south side of the property capturing gorgeous panoramic ocean views throughout.
With breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, and only 2 floors up from the beach the sounds of the ocean feel right under your feet. The balcony overlooks the ocean and the cinnamon-tinted sands that give the complex its name. You can watch the sunrise or spy dolphins while sitting on the 350-sq.-ft. balcony, drink in hand. You can choose from multiple private walkways to take you directly from the complex right to the beach—how fabulous is that!
Sliding doors connect the balcony to the living room, which has been sumptuously redecorated in serene, sophisticated tones that ensure relaxation. There’s tasteful furniture throughout including a comfy sectional sofa, matching love seat, and an oversized armchair, so that everyone can gather around to enjoy their favorite shows, a movie or even the big game on the 55” Internet-enabled HDTV with Blu-ray DVD player. There’s also free WIFI and even free local and long-distance phone service covering all North America.
This open floor plan allows for all to be involved even while cooking up the day's catch in the chef's kitchen featuring a breakfast nook, 42" cabinets and granite throughout! No need to bring any kitchen equipment. In addition to a full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, and microwave, there are all the niceties such as a coffee maker, a toaster, a crock pot, an electric grill and of course a blender for whipping up frosty margaritas or smoothies. Ample cookware, tableware, utensils—they’re all included too. And because washing dishes is nobody’s idea of vacation fun, there’s a dishwasher as well.

The bedrooms cater to relaxation and repose as much as the living room does. Each has been recently redecorated and includes its own HDTV and full bathroom—no arguing about what to watch and no lines for the bathroom in the morning!
On the west end of the unit, the Master Suite awaits with a cozy King size Pillow Top Bed. You do not even have to leave your bed to enjoy the dazzling ocean view, you can gaze right out the window! Internet-enabled HD Flat Screen with Blu Ray DVD player allows you to stay up to date on all your shows. Lastly, the en-suite bathroom is enormous with walk-in shower, soaking tub and twin vanities giving you plenty of room to spread out.
Another King Pillow-Top bed (unique to most condos) in the 2nd bedroom with another enormous HD Flat Screen invites for guests with private bathroom.
The 3rd bedroom features two twin beds for extended family and friends, also with an HD Flat Screen TV! All three bedrooms and all three baths come with plenty of fresh bedding and towels—no need to bring your own.
