This cozy 6th floor unit has tranquil golf course and ocean views. Take a short stroll to the beach with cinnamon-colored sand or to the community’s lovely amenities. Being located near Florida’s scenic A1A Highway allows for convenient trips to restaurants in Flagler Beach and day trips to visit attractions in St Augustine and Daytona.
As soon as you walk through the front door you are greeted by the ocean. This condo is decorated not as a vacation rental but as a home. The incredible ocean views draw you through the open-concept kitchen, dining and living rooms. The living room is very comfortable with plenty of seating. This is an ideal space for everyone to gather for a movie.
The kitchen is open to the dining area and holds the kitchenware you will need to cook up a homemade meal. Take a seat at the kitchen counter while you delight in a delicious snack before hitting the beach.
The Master Suite boasts a Heavenly King Bed and features a sliding glass door with access to the balcony and picturesque window with golf course and ocean views. The private master bathroom features a walk-in shower, separate soaking tub and double vanities.
The 2nd Bedroom showcases a plush Queen Bed and TV. While the 3rd Bedroom features 2 Twin Beds with a TV to fall asleep to your favorite shows. The unit’s 2nd Full Bathroom is nearby to the guest bedrooms.
