In an elevated position giving us great views of the surrounding countryside and the Pyrenees.

Floc ferme is an old stone farmhouse and barn with adjoining gite in a rural but not too remote area of tranquility just 10 minutes of the main N20 Toulouse to Andorra route. The gite has retained the old beams and has a lovely stone fireplace. Open plan style lounge diner with french doors which allows the light to flow in. For winter rentals an enclosed wood burner, logs supplied. 3 bedrooms upstairs, a double with ensuite plus a spacious twin and double with bathroom. Terrace with dining table with additional dining table next to the BBQ. The decked pool area has sun loungers to sit & relax. Seasonal fruit & vegetables you are welcome to help yourselves to.

Additional accommodation for families if required of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Please contact owner for further informtion.

Lots of activities in the area. Lombrives cave the largest in Europe, also Grotte de Niaux & Grotte Mas d'Azil. Riviere Souterraine de Labouiche for an underground river cruise. Pre historic park where the children join in games & learn how to make bows etc., The ski resort of Ax les Thermes open up the chair lifts in the summer months, ride up the mountain & walk down... Markets at Mirepoix, Foix and Pamiers just 15 minutes.

Les Pujols Airport offers tandom parachute jumps for the brave also plane rides over the mountains - recommended by previous guests.
