This delightful, semi-detached cottage near Oswestry sleeps four people in two bedrooms.The Gardener's Cottage is a lovely, semi-detached cottage set on the owner's equestrian farm in stunning countryside near Oswestry. With two bedrooms, both of which can be twins or king-size doubles on request, the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom and a separate first floor family wet room, this cottage can sleep four people. There's also a spacious kitchen with dining area and a cosy sitting room with picture window offering fantastic views. Outside is a private patio garden with furniture, along with shared lawned area with children's climbing frame and slide. Footpaths can be joined nearby and the stunning surrounding countryside is just waiting to be explored, making The Gardener's Cottage a fantastic base for your next rural getaway.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, digital radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Designated patio garden with furniture plus shared use of lawned garden with furniture, BBQ and children's play area, the garden does include ponds. This is a wonderful area for kids to enjoy, however there is a wall which drops down to the horse arena as can be seen in main photograph. Children should be supervised. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 1 mile, shop 4 miles. Note: The owner has stables for up to 6 horses, a menage and riding out facilities, please contact owner for more details. Note: Property is accessed by 8 wrought iron steps from the parking area and 2 steps into the property. Note: Owners has their own pets within the shared areas of the property. Note: Small fish pond in gardens.

Town: Llanyblodwel is a small rural Shropshire village located in the beautiful Tanat Valley and close to the Offas Dyke Path and only one mile from the Welsh border. The village is surrounded by stunning countryside and boasts the Grade I Listed St. Michaels Church and the 15th century pub were youll receive a warm welcome. Only six miles away is the ancient English border town of Oswestry and the Welsh village of Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant, home to Pistyll Rhaeadr, the UKs highest single drop waterfall.
