Description
BROCK COTTAGE - One of a row of 3 traditional stone cottages linked by a cloistered passage. Brock Cottage has a fully fitted and fully equipped cream painted country kitchen diner with an oak table and chairs comfortably seating four, and solid oak floors and handcrafted beams throughout the ground floor. There is a door leading outside to the private decking area. The large hot tub is covered by a canopy so you can use it even if it rains.
The light and airy sitting room has a log burner, comfortable sofas and an LCD TV / DVD player with a stereo surround system. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one super king or twin room with beautiful bed linens and towels. Both rooms have their own spacious en suite shower rooms, and wall mounted LCD TV's. With wonderful far reaching views over open countryside and Cropton Forest, Brock Cottage is the perfect rural retreat!
Children are welcome.

We market ourselves as a 'quiet, peaceful retreat' and know it is not always easy for the kids (or on the parents!) to keep the peace, especially when we have large gardens ideal for football etc. We ask that children are accompanied at all times whilst on the site.

Brock Cottage is a beautiful, cosy property with log burner. It has a double bedroom and a twin or king size room, accommodating 4 guests, each bedroom with their own spacious en suite.
Sleeping 4 guests in total, travel cot available if required
We have a large conservatory reception which is ideal for relaxing on our large sofa's, ample leaflets with plenty of ideas for helping plan exciting days out & exploring what the North York Moors National Park has on offer.
Walking & cycle routes begin from our car park!
Experienced staff with a good knowledge of the region, please ask if you need advice, we're here to help you enjoy your holiday!
We have a laundry which is free for guests to use.

Our spacious cottages are quietly situated at the end of a private no through road, surrounded by open farmland, meadow and forest. Set within 7 acres of beautiful, unspoilt scenery in the North York Moors National Park amidst trickling becks, heather & moorland.
The gardens are for all our guests to enjoy whether you prefer the garden courtyard, shady picnic are, lawned grass in front of the forest or on the large paved terrace outside the central conservatory or even fishing in our quarter of an acre well stocked pond
We now have a facility for safe cycle storage
Cropton Forest is an open access forest, so you can walk straight from the door, leave the car!
