This all first floor apartment is in Pickering and sleeps two people in one bedroom.Spire View is a first floor apartment above a gift shop in Pickering, overlooking the main cobbled street. The apartment sleeps two people and you will find internal stairs leading up to the accommodation which includes a twin bedroom. There is also a shower room, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with views over the town to the church spire beyond. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a garden bench for guests' use. Spire View is in a lovely setting for an interesting and varied holiday.
Amenities: Electric panel heaters. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Garden bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and steam railway 2 mins walk. Note: Adults only. Note: This property has two flights of internal stairs with handrails and may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

“Lovely apartment in a good location”
