Description

This vacation rental home in Pinehurst is perfect for a group of golfers, tennis team, or a large family or families traveling together. Enjoy the amenities including a large great room, a game room with pool table, screened in porch and outside deck in this over 3,400 square foot house. Wireless internet is provided.

Bed configuration: two queens, six doubles, four twins plus two pull out queen sofas with foam pads for comfort.

Outside, there is an over 500 square foot fully furnished deck with a gas grill. The landscaped grounds provide privacy and quiet surroundings.

Tastefully furnished and located just minutes from the center of the Village of Pinehurst, Torrey Pines is the perfect retreat for large groups of golfers (up to 14) or families. The 3-level floor plan combines convenient main level living which includes the great room and the kitchen and dining areas in an open setting with vaulted ceilings.

The living room features a new 55 inch TV and dual sofas. Just off the living room there is a screened in porch. The game room is also on the main level stocked with a pool table and television. The main level has two bedrooms and two full baths. The first bedroom is a master suite with TV, two queen beds and sliding doors leading to the outside deck. The attached master bath has two sinks and a standup shower.

The second main level bedroom has two full size beds and a bathroom with tub/shower combination. A main level laundry room with washer and dryer is available for your use. The upstairs level contains a spacious bedroom with TV that has two full and two twin beds. The attached full bathroom has a standup shower.

The lower level accessed by stairs offers increased privacy with a full kitchen, TV, sitting room, and bedroom with two full beds and a large bathroom with standup shower. The sitting room now features two twin beds along with two sofas contain pull-out full beds for any extra guests.

There is off-street parking available in a two-car garage and driveway. Please note that no pets or smoking are allowed to preserve the highest quality accommodations for our guests.
