This Studio apartment, furnished in the Arts & Crafts style, is the perfect place for a getaway weekend in the foothills.
There are two apartments on the second floor, connected by a foyer. Take a stroll through the historic neighborhood of Victorian and Arts and Crafts era homes, You can feel the slower pace of life.

Our suites,furnished to match the clean, natural lines of this the Arts & Crafts era, have been updated with all the modern conveniences.

Each suite's amenities include:

Remarkable Valuel! Clean, delightfully decorated in the Craftsman style. Central location and responsive staff. Staying in the Iris rooms might be enough reason for us to visit Placerville again.
