Description
THE HOUSE
The central part, in stone, derives from the transformation of a medieval watchtower for either Quona or Montefiesole castles, both reduced to romantic ruins.
What was the barn belonging to the old farmhouse of Cafaggio di Sopra, has been transformed into an independent suite which can accommodate two people but it is more ideally suited to a couple.
The house can host up to 11 people.
TIPS
Guest can enjoy a full relax holiday swimming in the pool, cooking and eating at the special barbecue area, taking a hike a bike tour in the surrounding hills, booking a Horse trip at the nearby farm!

Cafaggio di sopra area is one of the most famous chianti wine region in Florence countryside. Guest can visit and enjoy premium cellars and and taste the best wines around the are of the Chianti Wine (website hidden) CLASSES

LIVING OUTDOOR - Cafaggio di Sopra is located in a dreamy green paradise, in an open and dominant position, on the crest of a hill (406m) above the Arno valley, guaranteeing coolness also during the long Florentine summers.
With a glance it's possible to linger over Florence or to chase the soft profiles of the surrounding hills.
The southern exposure and east and west openess render the place particularly light from the first rays of sunrise to the palpitating sunset in the evening. Even the night is an emotion. The sky is a sea of stars and in the silence, listening attentively, it's possible to “hear the grass grow”.
FLORENCE
To reach our villa you will need a car. From there you can easily reach out for Florence and all the most fabulous location in Tuscany (like Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano and so on).
A handy local train reach Florence in 15min leaving from the nearest village (10min by car). The train arrives directly in center town!
