This semi-detached, stone barn conversion is situated near Newport in Pembrokeshire and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.Honeysuckle is a semi-detached, stone barn conversion situated in open countryside, four miles from the town of Newport in Pembrokeshire. This ground floor cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms consisting of one double and one twin, both of which have en-suite facilities. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a gas fire. Outside, there is ample off road parking, a front seating area and a rear lawned garden with furniture. With wonderful walks from the doorstep and the famous coastal path nearby, Honeysuckle makes a superb holiday base all year round.
Amenities: Biomass central heating with gas fire. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, Radio, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample private parking adjacent to cottage. Bike storage. Secure drying room for walking clothing range. Front and rear seating area. Lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 4 miles. Note: Although all ground floor, there are 3 steps up to the entrance. Please Note: For bookings June-September only a Friday check in and 7 night minimum is accepted, for bookings less than 7 nights please enquire. Note: Cottage accessed down a single lane track, which is also used by a neighbouring farm. Vehicles with a low suspension should take care. Note: Owners offer to guests discounted and exclusive guided walks, sightseeing days out and can provide walking modules to teach safety and competence for walkers.
