The interior finishes are to the highest standards.

Situated absolute waterfront on the Dwyryd River Estuary/ Tremadog Bay, along the beach from Porthmeirion Italianate Village.
Just 5 minutes drive to Porthmadog and 2 mins to Ffestiniog Steam Railway and central for all Snowdonia attractions. Enjoys wonderful seclusion with breathtaking views, sunrises and sunsets, private steps to beach and waters edge. Hall, cloakroom w.c, full en suite bath/shower room/WC to bedroom. Kitchen/diner/lounge, with log burner and wide French doors to large terrace. Free high speed broadband. Fabulous bird and wildlife, perfect for photographers, artists, fisherman, walkers, water sport enthusiasts, launching for small craft immediately adjacent to lodge subject to tides. Access is from car park and involves about 6 steps down, a 20 metre walk along gravel lane and then 17 steps up. The property is on the level other than steps down to beach and 4 steps up to outhouse where washing machine and dryer are located. The property is situated on a rocky peninsula with steep drops in places to the beach and rocks, ( approx 6 metres when low tide)

“Perfect Position”
An perfect position to enjoy the glorious mountains and estuary. The private but open aspect with big windows is ideal. The accommodation is maintained to a high standard.

“Perfect Position, Lovely Accommodation”
We loved the position overlooking the estuary and hills, with such privacy. The ebb and flow of the tide was fascinating to watch. It was handy for some trips out but we loved getting back to our home from home. The big windows and outside sitting areas were great for admiring the views. I had a couple of low tide walks over the estuary to the island and down to the steps of Port Merion. Fascinating watching the water change course.

“Fantastic!”
This was our second stay at the lodge and it was just as good as the first if not better. The lodge is spotlessly clean, really cosy and comfortable with everything you could need for a great stay. The views are fantastic and it's a great place to completely chill out. Communication from the owner was perfect, as was our stay. Thank you for a fabulous week. Mark & Tish

“Absolutely perfect!”
This lodge is just perfect, spotlessly clean, well equipped and the views were just stunning. We have stayed in lots of lodges over the years and this one is definitely 5 star, so peacefull and relaxing, lovely welcome pack and really friendly owner who went out of his way to make sure we arrived safely and that we had everything we needed. We loved it so much that we rebooked for next year before we had even left!! Can not wait to return again........
