Description

1/2 of 12 Camustianavaig is a listed 19th Century stone cottage situated in the quiet township of Camustianavaig on the Braes peninsula. Just 10 minutes drive from Portree, the holiday cottage is close to shops and restaurants yet feels a world away!

1/2 of 12 Camustianavaig has an open plan living area which stretches up to the full height of the cottage. The modern kitchen is well equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave and there is a folding dining table with chairs for evening meals. The lounge area has Freesat TV and a multi fuel stove for which the owners provide an initial supply of kindling and logs.

The double bedroom has a large chest of drawers for storage and there is a bathroom with wash hand basin, W.C.and a bath with shower over.

There is private off road parking available next to the cottage.

1/2 of 12 Camustianavaig has easy access to the bay for evening strolls and is well positioned for exploring the Isle of Skye and Raasay.

Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome to stay. There is a pet fee of £30 per pet per week applicable and should be requested at the time of booking.

Electric Car Charge Fee £50 Per week per car with own charger.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
