Very classy- and-beautifully furnished and equipped 1 bed room apt. in a house near down town Portsmouth, NH: an easy walk to waterfront, parks and downtown.

This unit is professionally decorated, and furnished.

Generously-sized, beautiful 1 bedroom apt.; very fully furnished-and-equipped apartment in a house in a highly sought-after, safe, beautiful neighborhood in Portsmouth with ample free parking, hard wood floors, Eat-in Kitchen, High-end furnishings and content with up-to-date technology.

Beautiful, high-end furnishings that include 2 HD Smart TVs ( with browsers) that enable streaming things like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. on a big, 60 inch TV screen. The other TV is a Smart HD TV as well, and both can be used as computer monitors if one wishes by using an HDMI connection: a great alternative to the small lap top screens!!!!

There is a beautiful, upscale Queen size Sleigh Bedroom set in the bedroom with an extremely comfortable sleigh bed( the mattress was purchased from a reputable Sleep Lab,) a full size bonded leather pull-out bed/couch with a high-end memory foam mattress inside that is super comfy, a queen size matching bonded leather couch, a 6-seater beautiful dining set, Samsung 3-door stainless steel Digital Fridge, a new Digital Gas Stove/oven, a Dishwasher, a Disposal; Washer/Dryer exclusively dedicated to this apartment in the basement with direct access from the kitchen. There is also ample storage space there for free.

There is a porch, a small private deck, a yard and lots of free parking on the driveway. The unit is completely furnished-and-equipped down to the very small things so that you can start living fairly normally right away.

Walk to downtown Portsmouth, the beautiful Portsmouth Public Library and other amenities that beautiful Portsmouth area has to offer including, of course, no state income tax. Lots of tax free shopping, almost endless array of restaurants and eateries as well as many cultural destinations, beaches, the Lakes Region, the mountains and other places that the Seacoast NH, Maine and Massachusetts have to offer. It is a wonderful way of life.

The rent is discounted.

Cars are helpful, but not absolutely necessary to get around. There are buses, Uber, Lyft, taxis, and of course the area is very convenient to bike or walk around to get to many important and/or fun locations like restaurants, libraries, beaches, shopping, etc., etc.

Interaction with guest

We try to give our guests their independence and privacy and not " get in their way." Communication lines are always open if we could be of any help for the guests. All the locks are pass code based. There are no physical keys to worry about or the concerns of accidentally locking one self out that might come with having physical keys. The guests receive code that is unique for their stay.
