Description
A most attractive 3 bedroomed villa, situated in some 2 acres of unspoilt countryside, just 6km inland from Rethymno. Villa Aphrodite is a separate and isolated villa surrounded by old olive groves, oak trees and is reached via a winding country lane and then a long private drive. The living area of the villa is on one level and the interiors are simple, fresh and modern in style. The interior of the villa is open plan with pretty matching sofas, satellite TV, DVD, a Playstation 3, dining table and from here there is a well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, each equipped with shower/WC. The villa is also suitable for people with special needs and the elderly. The third bathroom which is ensuite in one bedroom is suitable for people with special needs. Our villa has been renovated in 2015 for this specific purpose.
The entrance has pretty flower beds, twin patios and comfortable garden furniture. There is ample outside dining for those meals al-fresco and the brick build barbecue compliments this area. Stone steps lead down into the gardens, to a 40sqm swimming pool with children's pool and the raised pool terraces are equipped with sunbeds and sun umbrellas. There are a few local shops and tavernas in Prines. A car is essential.
