Description
La Reggellina is situated on the Barfoli estate which is 10 minutes by car from the centre of Reggelo. This fabulous cottage has one master bedroom, one single bedroom (with an optional extra bed), shower/toilet room, kitchen/diner and a lovely large terrace with the most magnificent views of the mountains and valley of the river Arno.
The house is in the middle of a forest surrounded by olive trees, rosemary, and lavender, making it a perfect countryside retreat.
Your house will be cleaned on arrival and linen and towels will be provided, all included in the price. If staying over one week you will also get a change of linen/towels at not extra cost.

1) Booking reservation deposits are dependant on the amount of time until your holiday;
= 6 weeks or less until arrival date: Full payment
= 6+ weeks: Only 25% payment & Full payment 6 weeks prior
2) A refundable deposit of £100 / 100 Euros / $150 with each booking is required in case of serious damage, lost keys etc.

“Merveilleux”
Merveilleux endroit pour découvrir la vie Italienne et la Toscane... La jolie villa est située en flanc de montagne d'ou la vision sur une plantation d'oliviers et la petite ville de Reggello est a couper le souffle! Les propriétaires sont des gens sympathiques et chaleureux. Je recommande La Reggellina a tous les amants de la Dolce Vita et de la nature.

Nous avons fait un voyage extraordinaire a cet endroit en septembre dernier. LA situation de cet appartement offre une vue exceptionnelle et est situé a proximité de plusieurs accommodation pour la nourriture ou les restaurants. “Friendly, authentic, refreshing and with gorgeous views”
Perfect getaway for family with 2 little children. Lots of sun, idyllic views of the Chianti hills, close to Florence. Surrounded by olive groves, lavender, and all that is authentic Tuscany. The Landlord was friendly, generous and full of tips and knowledge. We felt very welcome. He even met us in town to guide us back to the property.

“Excellent place with beautiful views and the most wonderful vibrant lavender smell”
