Description
The apartment is located in Porta al Prato area, just 10 minutes on foot from the train station of Firenze Santa Maria Novella.
It consists of a large studio (40 mq) fully renovated with kitchen and sleeping area. Living area with single sofa-bed and TV.
Balcony with laundry area.
It's equipped with: air conditioner, heating, kitchen with everything you need, fridge, microwave owen, toaster, iron and ironing board, washing machine, TV, phon, internet ADSL.
On request we can add a camp bed for children from 0 to 4 years.
The apartment is very quiet because it doesn't overlooks the main street.
Cleaning care has always been a very important aspect for us. Now, in addition to using specific products for chlorine-based disinfection, we perform a complete sanitization of the environment with an Ozone device.
L'appartamento si trova in zona Porta al prato a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Firenze Santa Maria Novella.
E' composto da un ampio monolocale (40 mq) completamente ristrutturato con cucina e zona notte separata. Nella zona giorno è presente un divano letto singolo e TV.
Terrazzo in parte verandato con zona lavanderia.
E' dotato di: aria condizionata, riscaldamento, cucina con tutto il necessario, frigorifero, forno a microonde, ferro e asse da stiro, lavatrice, TV, asciugacapelli, tostapane, bollitore internet ADSL.
A richiesta è possibile aggiungere un lettino da campeggio per bambini da 0 a 4 anni. L'appartamento è molto tranquillo poiché non affaccia sulla strada principale.
La cura della pulizia è sempre stata un aspetto molto importante per noi. Adesso, oltre ad utilizzare prodotti specifici per la disinfezione a base di cloro, eseguiamo una sanificazione completa dell'ambiente con apparecchio ad Ozono.

“Confortable and Well located”
Proximity off full attractions. Easy to move around. Close to downtow, restaurants, supermarket . Very clean habitation.
