Description

This property sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. Walk in through the front door into a large hallway. The utility room is ahead of you with a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. To the left within the utility room is a shower with WC.

Walking through the hallway to the left is the large open plan sitting and dining area with a kitchen at the far end. The kitchen is modern and well appointed with a fridge, dishwasher, oven with grill and a microwave. The cottage also has a freezer. The dining area will seat 8. The living area includes a television, hi-fi and DVD player. There is a wood burning stove for those cold winter evenings.

Beyond the kitchen is the first double bedroom with a king size bed and an en suite shower, hand basin and WC. The second bedroom is to the right of the entrance hall also has a king size bed and includes a large bathroom with hand basin and WC. The bathroom has wheelchair access. The stairs take you to a third large bedroom with a king size bed and day bed which can easily convert to two single beds, ideal for children. This is an excellent spacious family room with its own en suite shower room, WC and hand basin.

Spring cottage also has a patio area accessed from the kitchen for those warm, summer days and has wonderful views of the Snowdon mountain range. This is a tranquil setting ideal for families. Fodol cottages have plenty of space for children to play safely under supervision, away from busy roads.
