Description
This apartment is one of a property consisting of a total of 6 apartments located in San Donato in Poggio, a town in Florentine Chianti Classico area, 21km from Florence and 25km from Siena.
The brand-new large open-plan penthouse (37 sq.m + 1 terrace 18 sq.m + 1 balcony 7 sq.m) is built in traditional Tuscan style with wooden beams, terracotta flooring and stone walls. It is at second floor and it comprises a bedroom/lounge with sofa-bed, bathroom with shower cubicle, furnished kitchen (dishes, cooker, dishwasher etc.). This apartment has a terrace/solarium and a large balcony as well as large communal garden with swimming pool, both equipped with tables and parasols, chairs, sun-loungers and hammocks.
Included in the price of the apartment you will have: bed linen and bath towels (changed weekly), water, light, gas, dishwasher, electric cooker, refrigerator and freezer, kettle, satellite TV, WiFi, air conditioning, heating, automatic boiler, anti-allergenic mattresses, baby cot (on request), outdoor tables and chairs, weekly cleaning.
In the medieval village of San Donato (300 mt) you can find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, gelato shops, supermarkets and much more.

“A perfect Stay!”
In viaggio per lItalia quest'anno abbiamo riscoperto le bellezze della Toscana, una regione dai mille volti e sorprese! Per fortuna le sorprese non sono mancate ed accolti da un clima sereno e tranquillo ci siamo imbattuti nella Compagnia del Chianti trascorrendo una settimana indimenticabile a cavallo del vecchio e nuovo anno. In un struttura di nuovissima costruzione ma dai canoni classici toscani, abbiamo trovato un'accoglienza formidabile unita alla vita tranquilla di un antico borgo medioevale ( San Donato in Poggio ). A pochi chilometri da Firenze, Siena e San Gimignano la casa vacanze ci ha dato la possibilità di visitare senza fretta e lunghe distanze l'arte, la natura, il cibo, le terme, la cortesia, il vino e la storia di una delle regioni più belle d'Italia. Ringraziamo di cuore Giada e la sua famiglia, che ci hanno ospitato e consigliato assistendoci per qualsiasi necessità. Consigliamo a tutti di riscoprire la nostra Italia partendo dalla natura e dalla voglia di fare tipica degli abitanti di questi luoghi.... dove guardare il cielo e le stelle nelle tranquille notti vi lascerà senza parole!
