Conversion of a former farm building, providing contemporary single-storey accommodation, on the yard of the owner's working farm, just outside Berriew, a lovely village in the Severn valley, 6 miles from the market town of Welshpool. Excellent local walking and cycling, golf, castles and gardens, and the Welshpool - Llanfair Caereinion Steam Railway nearby. The thriving village of Berriew has some attractive black and white cottages, two pubs and shops, tennis courts, and Andrew Logan Museum of Sculpture.

“Well equipped accomodation and a friendly welcome!”
We stayed at Barn 1 in April 2018 and used it as a base to attend a wedding locally and explore the area. The accommodation is well equipped, particularly good for people with mobility issues as it is all on well level, and has a comfortable recliner chair as well. We received a lovely welcome tray on arrival and enjoyed the views. We would recommend and would revisit.
