Description
Villa Torre Alberghieri is a property dated back to the 19th century, in neoclassic style, located in the heart of the Chianti area, only 12 km far from Florence. This elegantly decorated villa of 525 m2 with stunning country views is perfectly positioned for those seeking the ultimate Tuscan experience. Bought as the owner's summer house, Villa Torre Alberghieri combines high standards with a cosy and warm feel throughout. Both sun-filled and green open spaces, high ceilings, a warm colour scheme with contemporary fresco paintings together with old original frescoed ceilings and walls, mosaic and terracotta floors as well as a beautifully designed park with fantastic views make this villa a special find.
Set on a private ground in the hills of the Chianti Classico area, just outside the villages Impruneta and Strada in Chianti, it has therefore a variety of traditional Tuscan restaurants, shops and markets on the doorstep. The historic town of Florence is also nearby (30-minute drive) and therefore offers a great opportunity for a daytrip as well as Siena, Arezzo, Lucca and Pisa. The villa is surrounded by a manicured park featuring flowering plants, trees and shrubs, lemon trees and other fragrances of the Mediterranean vegetation.
Fresco dining terraces, a great BBQ corner and a lawn for playing invite the guests and their young ones to relax and enjoy themselves. The highlight however is the tower … needless to say that the 360° views from here are simply breathtaking. The villa's interiors are decorated in original sophisticated neoclassic style creating a soothing and princely atmosphere with soft and radiant colours and numerous floor-to-ceiling windows. Featuring 5 main bedrooms, all with adjacent bathroom, Villa Torre Alberghieri provides plenty of space for couples, a family or group of friends. The large living and dining areas as well as the fully-equipped kitchen are ideal for spending quality time away from home.

Spacious entrance hall leads to the living room (with TV Sat, CD, DVD lectors and fan) and dining rooms (seats 18), elegantly decorated in neo classic style and with large door-windows opening out onto the park and fresco dining terraces.
Well-equipped kitchen with an old big fireplace, provided with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, squeezer, coffee maker, etc.
Billiard room with antique billiard and related accessories.
First Floor
Four bedrooms (3 double beds and 1 single bed) furnished in authentic antique style and 4 adjacent spacious bathrooms (2 with baths and 2 with shower). The windows of each room enjoy a relaxing view over the park and over the countryside. Bedrooms are separated by boudoirs and are perfect for their tranquility.

At the end of the day, choose the colors from the range of chromo therapy effects that best suit your mood and then simply relax in the soothing massage.

Wir sind sehr erfahrene Reisende(71/60) Wir waren sehr beeindruckt von der Villa und ihrer Umgebung. Ein parkähnlicher hervorragend gepflegter Garten und eine fantastische Sicht auf das Chianti Classico Gebiet machen diesen Ort zu einem idealen Aufenthalt, sowohl zur Entspannung als auch zur kulturellen Bereicherung. Mit Florenz in unmittelbarer Umgebung (12km) sowie vielen berühmten toskanischen Orten in bequehmer Reichweite bleiben auch für den Kulturinteressierten keine Wünsche offen. Die Villa entspricht der Idealvorstellung eines toskanischen Domizils, nicht zuletzt wegen der wunderbar integrierten Kunstwerke der Gebrüder Guarnieri. Rudolfo und Stefania sind perfekte Gastgeber, die auch zusätzliche Wünsche erfüllen. Die Weinproben der eigenen liebevoll hergestellten Erzeugnisse sind ein besonderes Erlebnis. Unser Aufenthalt gehört zu besten, die wir jemals erlebten.

segnalatomi da conoscenti è stata una scoperta al di la dei già lusinghieri consigli. Ho soggiornato x un we lungo nello Studio, sistemazione veramente unica per la cura e per la posizione e debbo dire che seppur partito con l'idea di utilizzare la vicinanza con Firenze ho finito per trattenermi in Villa per 2 straordinari pomeriggi, conquistato dalla bellezza dei luoghi e dalla raffinata ospitalità, nonché della superlativa cantina e dei relativi assaggi di vini. Una menzione alla titolare molto professionale o cordialmente ospitale sempre però con massima riservatezza. Molto buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo per un soggiorno che è un esperienza unica nel suo genere
