You will be instantly impressed with this grand and elegant authentic adobe home. Located on the historic east side on several lush and landscaped acres with in walking distance of Canyon Rd you will experience Santa Fe at it’s best. Set behind a gate and at the end of a private road, there are beautiful gardens and courtyards, flowing fountains and an abundance of fruit trees and wildlife to enjoy from several porches.
This territorial style adobe home was fully renovated and has all the charm of the past with the modern luxuries of the present. Adobe walls covered in fine diamond plaster, high ceilings with an abundance of sky lights and real barn beams, radiant heat floors, french doors and large windows for an abundance of light and high end contemporary finishes in kitchens and bathrooms. Kitchen includes wolf range, sub zero fridge, miele dishwasher and any other kitchen appliances or serving items you may need.
This is a large home with plenty of separation of bedrooms and living spaces and is ideal for couples or families to share or singles who want that luxurious feeling that an abundance of space can provide.
Off the main entrance is the guest bedroom wing with two spacious bedrooms with queen beds with high end linens sharing a delightful bath. A third full bathroom is located off the main living area. The stunning library provides a second comfortable living space with work area, fireplace and tranquil view of the front courtyard. There is a NordicTrack Freestyle Trainer provided to keep up with your workout routines.
The master bedroom does not disappoint with king size bed, high end linens, finishes and furnishings. It has it’s own relaxing wooden porch for morning coffee overlooking the professionally maintained lawn. The master bath has a large walk in Quarzite slab shower with skylight, soaking tub, make up vanity and his and hers walk in closets.
The rear patio located right off the kitchen and dining area of the home is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. There is a full BBQ area with granite outdoor bar and fridge as well as a gas firepit for cooler evenings. Large dining table and seating area is provided. Enjoy birdwatching or the deer strolling by to drink from the bubbling rock fountain. This is all located around putting green for a fun activity for all. Putters and ball provided.
To experience living at Casa Valle Grande is to fully understand what Santa Fe has to offer...the best of both worlds... the peace and tranquility of high desert nature as well as proximity to some of the finest cultural experiences in the world. Only a ten minute walk to the best art and restaurants on Canyon Rd or walk out the back gate for nature trails and a beautiful hike in the arroyo leading to Palace Ave.
