In one of the most typical and authentic neighborhood of Venice, and only few steps away from Fondamenta Nuove, the apartment is situated in a very convenient location for visitors being only a 10-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge and only few more minutes from San Marco Square. The apartment is part of a quiet neighborhood, dotted by local shops and many characteristic restaurants that are very popular with the residents.
The light filled apartment has been recently renovated and it is elegantly furnished to ensure the maximum comfort combined with a stylish ambience.
65 mq size (699.65 square feet) , it is composed of a living room with kitchen a table and chairs for 4/6 people, 2 bedrooms (one with twin beds, one with double bed), 1 bathroom with shower. In the apartment there is also 2 sofa bed for 1 or 2 extra people.
