Luxury apartment in spectacular setting at the top of the beach road in Morfa Nefyn. Five minute walk to Nefyn Golf Club , fifteen minute walk to the famous Porthdinllean with the Ty Coch Inn on the beach and five minute walk to local beach past The Cliffs pub. In a great location for all the beautiful Llyn Peninsula has to offer - easy drives to Pwllheli , Abersoch , Cricceth , Porthmadog , Aberdaron, Whistling Sands , Llanbedrog etc ...

Small apartment complex with coded security entrance has an inner garden area

The Peninsula is on the second floor ( with stair or lift access ) and is equipped to a very high standard. The apartment is finished with luxury furnishings , pocket sprung mattresses , designer bedding and brand name equipment including WIFI , Bose Sound system & smart TV. Large living area has a large luxury corner sofa to sink into , solid oak dining table & chairs and a well equipped contemporary kitchen with dishwasher & washing machine. Spacious hallway with large cloakroom cupboard has windbreaks / chairs for use on the beach along with ironing board , clothes dryer & plenty of space to store the coats and wellies / flip flops !

Master bedroom has a luxury super king bed with smart tv & spacious ensuite bathroom that has a large walk in shower , WC & sink and heated towel rail. Second bedroom has two full sized singles with tv / DVD player & third room has full sized double. All rooms have wardrobes & drawer storage. Travel Cot available if required. Family bathroom has a full size bath with over bath shower & glass screen , WC sink & heated towel rail.

We have a great range of books , DVDs and games ( including Wii ) if you fancy a relaxing day / evening in. There is also a small balcony with table & chairs ideal for that glass of wine watching the sun go down over the Rival mountains & outdoor corner couch plus storage bench at front of property to catch those evening rays.

Parking for one car in complex car park with on road parking available close by.

Stunning, very well equipped and so comfortable. Great having seating on both balconies to have the sun at different times of the day. Views are amazing. They have thought of everything. Beach 350 yards away. Great local restaurants. People very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

A very well equipped apartment in a premier position. We loved it. We have 25 years in Morfa Nefyn with many friends . We have enjoyed many cottages and houses in the village. This rates highly . Thank you .
